Another reduction today! This property is an industrial property – warehouse to be specific in San Diego County. We were able to secure reductions for 2009 and 2010 from over $1,931,000 to $1,750,000.
What’s most extraordinary is that we didn’t have the 2010 application filed on this property because the owner was unable to return it to our office in time to have it filed.
